How much are the custom duties and taxes for my order?

Your order could be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Usually, the amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. To be completely sure, we recommend contacting your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Our company cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your parcel. The customer is responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
If you refuse a shipment from our company, the package will be abandoned and you will not issue a refund.

How do I know if the item will fit me?

You can check the size chart in each product page  in order to make sure that your sandals fit perfectly.

You can find your right size by measuring your feet. To do so, place your foot on a white blank page and mark the point of the bone of the heel and the point where the first toe ends (if your second toe is bigger than the first toe than choose the second toe). Measure the distance between those places in centimeters. Repeat the process on the other foot. If one foot is slightly bigger than the other, use the larger size to determine your number.
