In case of any manufacturing malfunction, we will fix the issue, replace the item, or provide a refund if necessary. Please return the item to us for inspection and resolution.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the piece(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • The shoes should be unused and unworn.
  • The original packaging must be included.
  • The shoes should be in a saleable condition, free from any damage or signs of wear.

Timeframe:

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return and Exchange Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the shoes.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide necessary instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange and send you the new pair if applicable.
  4. Please note that shipping costs for the shoes are non refundable.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Sale Items:

All SALE items are final sale. We only accept refunds for items damaged in transit.
