Shipping policy

All shoes are handmade to order in Athens, Greece (we have nothing in stock) and our team need 15 working days for manufacturing your order.

Shipping Charges(fixed):

EU Countries 15€

Other Countries 25€

For all orders above 500€ shipping is free.

If you have a special occasion to attend to and you need your shoes sooner that the estimated manufacturing time, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to rush your order so you can receive your sandals in time.

Please note that delivery can be delayed due to your country's customs. Elina Linardaki is not responsible for any unexpected delay occurring during the shipment by UPS and DHL. Once your package is scanned and marked as delivered, it’s officially out of our hands—Elina Linardaki assumes no responsibility at that point.

Your order could be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Usually, the amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. To be completely sure, we recommend contacting your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Our company cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your parcel. The customer is responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
If you refuse a shipment from our company, the package will be abandoned and you will not issue a refund.

Also, please note that DHL and UPS are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or General Delivery addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Once dispatched, we’re unable to redirect it. If your package is returned due to an invalid address, reshipping will be at your expense. Once delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Kindly note that any additional shipping fees are non-refundable.
