Some designs speak in riddles Lulu does not explain itself, it simply exists, magnetic and sure of its mystery. The two shapes, one round, one angular, seem to hold a conversation only they can understand. There’s a rhythm in them, measured, hypnotic, almost ceremonial.The leather is soft, the fit fluid, but the presence is sculptural. There’s something undeniably contemporary about Lulu, though it feels as if it could have been dreamed in another time.
